Today I turned on the water tap and it smelled like sulfur. And all I could think of was Iceland. Today, on this hectic day I took time to read some of Jonathan's touching blog entry and after all I could think of was Iceland. And all the other stuff that's crammed in my mind.
These days my nose keeps on bleeding - and I keep on eating at least two of the little licorice cherry nib packets that I got on sale after Halloween. I feel sick after eating them but still they give me a sense of comfort and childhood so I keep eating them. Sometimes I feel like the redness of those nibs goes into my nose and bleeds out of me.
